Fadiya Software Solutions Ltd ("FASS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit fass.ng, submit our contact form, or use the FASS client portal and related services.

FASS acts as a data controller for personal data collected through our website and platform. Custom software projects for clients may involve separate controller/processor roles defined in your Statement of Work.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact form: name, email, company, phone, package interest, and message content
• Client portal: account credentials, profile information, project messages, and documents you upload
• Team and admin tools: staff account data required to operate internal systems
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs for security and reliability
• Advertising measurement: page URL, referrer, browser or device information, and advertising identifiers when you allow Meta marketing cookies

6. Cookies and advertising measurement

FASS initializes the Meta Pixel in consent-revoked mode. It records page views and sends a standard Lead event after a successful enquiry only after you select Allow in our marketing-cookie notice. We do not send your name, email, phone number, company, or message content to Meta through this event. You can change your selection using the Privacy choices control on public pages.

We also measure visits to public pages in our own analytics. A random visit identifier is kept in browser session storage and rotated after 30 minutes of inactivity; it is included in page-view events so we can count visits. Those events record the public page path, time, and a limited referral or campaign label. They exclude private areas, form-provided personal details, IP addresses, and full URL query strings.

7. Retention

• Contact form leads: up to 24 months unless a client relationship begins
• Client and portal data: for the contract term plus any period required by law or your agreement
• Server logs: typically up to 90 days for security purposes

8. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA), you may have the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 9. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and industry-standard hosting practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect data proportionate to its sensitivity.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
