FASS keeps common website work tightly scoped and efficient so the client price can stay low. These are permanent package prices, not an introductory promotion. Prices exclude VAT. FASS is not currently VAT-registered.
Why price this way?
The tools used to build websites have become faster and more capable. FASS does not treat that efficiency as a reason to preserve old production costs. We standardise repeatable work, reuse dependable foundations, and reserve bespoke pricing for genuinely bespoke requirements.

Start with the smallest useful site
Launch establishes the presence. Business adds richer public content and selected publishing support. Commerce adds the transactional layer when customers need to order and pay.
What counts as a page: A standard content page — text, images, links, and a standard enquiry form — built from your site's design system.
Low price does not mean undefined scope
Lower pricing works because the boundary is clear. Functions that store private data, create user accounts, run complex workflows, or require substantial bespoke logic are scoped separately rather than hidden inside a website package.

Content and scheduling
We hold your project slot for 14 days from kickoff. If content is not supplied within that window, the delivery date moves to the next available slot. Placeholder content is only used with your agreement.

A small business should not have to buy tomorrow’s website today. These published upgrade fees include the package difference and a modest allowance for reworking the existing site into the larger scope.

Payment terms
- Below ₦150,000: 100% on signing
- ₦150,000 – below ₦1M: 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery
- Enterprise work: payment milestones are tied to the written scope and project size.
